Hi there! I’m so glad to have you here with me.
I believe that brands originate from a dream of something greater and dreams are made to be fulfilled, not forgotten. That’s why I started Q& Brand Studio, to fulfill dreams of aspiring businesses and to help them thrive through thoughtful brand design.
My mission is not only to help guide you on your branding journey, but it is also to turn your brand into an awesome and memorable experience for people to enjoy for years to come.

Curiosity over assumptions.
The best ideas rarely appear in the first five minutes. We ask questions, challenge assumptions and explore different directions before settling on the right one. Great brands are built through curiosity and exploration, not guesswork.
Open-minded conversations.
We are not here to tell you everything looks great. We will tell you what works, what doesn’t and maybe most importantly, why. Respectful honesty creates better brands than polite agreement ever will.
Strategy before design.
Pretty much anyone can create a beautiful logo. We believe brands become valuable only when design decisions have a purpose. That’s why every project starts with understanding your business before we open the design software.

It’s surprisingly easy to spend years walking down a path that was never truly yours. We believe in guidance. Sometimes our role is to design a brand, but sometimes it’s simply to ask questions that help someone rediscover where they actually want to go. Either way, we hope our work gives people the confidence to take the next step.

2009–2013Design studies
Victoria moved from Ostrobothnia to Turku, Finland to study furniture design at Novia University of Applied Sciences.
2014–2015Visual merchandiser studies
Victoria studied visual merchandising at Salon Seudun Ammattiopisto and received a job offer in the middle of her studies.
2014–2020Packaging design work
Victoria worked full time designing logos, visual identities and product packaging for private label brands in the retail market.
2020–2022Packaging design work
Victoria worked at a packaging design agency developing structural and graphic design solutions for premium brands.
2022–2023Business studies (partial)
Victoria studied business on the side of her daily job and started dreaming about starting her own design studio one day.
2024Founded Q& Brand Studio
