Package Process

This is how it works…

→ Project Phase 1

Onboarding

When we have received your enquiry, we will have a discovery call to get to know each other and to go over the details of the project. You will receive a project proposal to review based on our discussion and once it is approved, we will send over a contract for you to sign.

→ Project Phase 2

Design

We will work as part of your team for the amount of time included in your package and assist with design related tasks that you may currently have. We can provide consultations, develop completely new ideas or handle implementation for current or future design projects.

→ Project Phase 3

Offboarding

During our final week together, we will finalize the deliverables included in your package and then send them off to you for download. Before leaving the project behind us, we will ask you to fill out a project review to receive some valuable feedback on our journey together.
